What is mesotherapy? |

This is a very important question. Nowadays, choosing a good hair transplant surgeon is not just about his ability to take follicular units from the donor area and transfer them, but what is the final result: what is the density achieved in a single session? This is now an important topic when in our international meetings with different doctors world wide. Our constant search for better yield in hair restoration has led us find more ways of improving a hair transplant result. What happens in a hair transplant is obvious. Hair is transferred from the donor area to the recipient area and placed in such a way as to imitate nature, giving a natural result to a hair transplant. But what happens to the hair follicles that once were there and are now in a telogen phase, are they dead? What happens when the donor area also has telogen hairs and are too small to see under a microscope? Is it possible to reactivate those telogen hairs? We believe so. Here at Nader Medical current research on mesotherapy and different concentrations of FDA approved medication have started to give encouraging results. Our strict protocols have now been placed on double-blind studies performed here at our facility and in a facility in Holland. We are proud to say that we will be innovating in this field as well.
Patient above is not a brow transplant, only mesotherapy results. After 18 months of no growth, by applying mesotherapy we quickly restored anagen formation and hair growth. Even overgrowth as observed in the picture below.
